We are a service‑based IT company supporting developers across web, mobile, and AI/ML domains. Our model allows offshore developers to work directly with US‑based client companies in a client‑facing, non‑coding role, while receiving full technical support from our internal senior engineering team. This is a fully remote opportunity, and strong English communication is our biggest requirement. Role Overview In this individual contributor role, you will participate in client discussions, understand project requirements, and coordinate with engineers to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction - Participate in client interviews, meetings, and technical discussions - Understand business goals, technical requirements, and project expectations - Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders Internal Engineering Collaboration - Work closely with internal engineers to clarify requirements and define solutions - Identify risks, dependencies, and technical considerations - Ensure accurate translation of client needs into actionable tasks Project Coordination - Manage communication across multiple client engagements - Track requirements, updates, deliverables, and next steps - Ensure smooth handoff of technical details to the engineering team Growth & Opportunities - Collaborate with multiple client organizations across industries - Gain exposure to diverse technologies and real-world use cases - Support expansion into additional client engagements over time Required Skills - Strong English communication (C1/C2) and client-facing skills - Background in full-stack development (web or mobile) - Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based systems - Ability to interpret requirements and explain technical concepts clearly - Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders Nice to Have - Experience working with distributed or remote teams - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirement gathering processes Compensation Compensation is performance-based and reflects: - Communication effectiveness - Reliability and responsiveness - Contribution to successful client engagements
