We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a Real Estate and Construction company. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a dynamic work environment.

\u23F0 Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time).

\uD83D\uDCB2 Hourly Rate:
$4.00 – $6.00 USD\/hour (depending on experience).

\uD83D\uDCCB Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.
- Organize meeting notes, task lists, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized digital files and records.
- Track expenses and assist with general office tasks.

Sales Support:
- Assist with lead management and client onboarding.
- Update and maintain CRM\/customer records.
- Prepare basic reports and track sales progress.
- Support improvements in sales processes.

General Administrative Tasks:
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and track payments.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintain records.
- Help optimize daily workflows and operations.

Personal Assistance:
- Manage travel arrangements and personal tasks for the COO.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all personal and business matters.

Communication & Coordination:
- Help manage email correspondence and calls.
- Coordinate updates and information between team members.
- Distribute project or event-related information as needed.

Project & Marketing Support:
- Assist in organizing tasks and tracking project deadlines.
- Conduct online research to support business projects.
- Help with creating and distributing marketing materials (emails, social media posts).
- Provide customer service support and prepare proposals or presentations when needed.

\uD83C\uDFAF Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles (real estate or construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistently within the CST schedule.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
