The role involves contributing to the development of new AI models using domain expertise, with no interview required and flexibility to work as much or as little as desired. The hourly range is $23 – $29/hr, and the estimated duration is 20 hours per week for the long term. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related subject, and programming skills in R, Python, and SQL. The role also requires knowledge of code generation, machine learning models, data generation, and data cleaning. Professional experience and a MS or PhD in CS are preferred qualifications.
