Role Overview
The Remote Marketing Operator will oversee digital marketing operations, making sure content moves smoothly from creation to customer engagement and sales. This role includes AI tool management, content organization, content repurposing, and light marketplace management for a growing sports and fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Related Responsibilities
• Repurpose athlete content using OpusClip, Captions.ai, Descript, and CapCut into short-form content for TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Schedule and automate content posting using Metricool and Later.com to maximize reach and engagement.
• Create captions and content variations using ChatGPT and Jasper to maintain brand voice.
• Build DM flows and automations using ManyChat and Klaviyo to capture leads and nurture audience engagement.
Employee-Led Responsibilities
• Create two branded content emails per month in Klaviyo.
• Plan content for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee AI-generated content quality and maintain brand consistency.
• Organize a content library and manage content uploads.
• Track athlete content deadlines and performance.
• Connect content to DM flows and email/SMS funnels.
• Amazon weekly tasks: monitor ad spend, SKUs, ASINs, and promotions.
• Walmart weekly tasks: review listings, check fulfillment, monitor reviews, and run light promotional tasks.
• Collaborate with the CEO on podcast, YouTube, and brand content.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or marketing coordination.
• Experience with AI marketing tools (OpusClip, Descript, Jasper, ChatGPT, ManyChat, Metricool, Later.com).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
• Basic experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Strong organizational, content management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of content-to-DM-to-email/SMS sales funnels.
