The role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of education in the field, communicating the OLAPLEX education message to distribution partners, and managing relationships with distributors. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the haircare industry in a training/education position, be a professional licensed stylist, and have strong technical skills in both care and chemical salon services. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement rewarding trainings that will deliver organic growth against company sales objectives through comprehensive education programs - Support the sales organization by bringing education programs and strategies to salons, as well as distributor sales and education teams - Be a product knowledge expert for all OLAPLEX products & services - Assist the Global Education Department as needed - Work with Education & Sales leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies for top salons - Manage additional projects, deliverables, and timelines as needed
