SIRIS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a high-rise development project in downtown Columbus, Ohio. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the project from design to completion, overseeing a team and serving as the Owner's representative. Your responsibilities will include implementing best practices in project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance while also facilitating communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will possess both design and construction leadership experience and strong advisory and liaison skills. Experienced in shell and core build-outs focusing on the foundations, structure, building envelope, and civil aspects. CM services will support CM @ Risk and Design/Build contracts, encompassing pre-design, construction, financial monitoring, progress meetings, issue resolution, testing, and claims analysis.
✅ Skills and experience.
• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited school or 10+ years of experience with Shell and Structure of high-rise buildings.
• Understand and master the project's local and state jurisdiction requirements.
• Understand construction contract documents, including front-end and technical specifications and drawings.
• Work with engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Project OAC meetings leadership.
• Influencing design and construction staff with diverse skill sets.
✅ Nice to have
• Experience with developer-led projects, hospitality, luxury apartments, clubs, etc.
• Holds PE, RA/AIA, CCM, PMP certification.
• Entrepreneurial or community service background.
