Responsibilities & more

Let's get this out of the way. These are the basic traits we expect from you: - You can hold your own in tough negotiations, remotely and in English, with sharp suppliers who play hardball. - You run toward problems. You're OBSESSED with finding solutions. - You can juggle ten plates in the air without dropping one. You're able to tackle several problems at the same time, prioritize, and make things happen. If you think you're up for the challenge, keep reading! This is what we stand for: minioffice.co/mindset What's Mini-O? We manufacture and sell backyard offices in the US. More info: minioffice.co What exactly is this job about? You'll join the Ops team, which has three main goals: (1) Have pods built and delivered: work with our manufacturing and delivery partners to ensure they work on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality. (2) Customer success: work with our customers to ensure they have a frictionless experience and achieve the ultimate goal: have them recommend Mini-O to others. (3) The Fixers: We move fast, which means processes sometimes break up. The Ops team runs toward problems and fixes them. This may involve anything from getting new assemblers in an area we don't currently serve to designing and implementing a quality control system for a specific portion of the manufacturing process. You should feel comfortable tackling any kind of problem and become obsessed with finding solutions. What's in it for me: - Base Salary: USD 3,000-4,000 - Variable compensation based on goals may range from USD1,000 to USD5,000/mo - Stock vesting after month 12 if you prove you add substantial value to the company. - Freedom: flexible hours and work from anywhere. - 3 weeks off + US holidays.
