Job DescriptionAdvantia Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contracts Manager to support our growing network of women’s health practices. This role is responsible for managing key functions related to payer contracting, provider agreements, and other financial and strategic contracting initiatives. The position provides an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with healthcare contracting expertise to advance organizational efficiency through effective contract management, analysis, and negotiation alongside key leadership teams. The role is hybrid, based in Arlington, Virginia.Job ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the payer, provider, financial, and related contracts lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, review, and execution.Develop, implement, and maintain standardized contract templates, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.Maintain a comprehensive and accurate contracts database, monitoring key terms, renewal timelines, and reimbursement structures to support proactive management and decision-making.Collaborate with internal stakeholders – including finance, revenue cycle, credentialing, and practice leadership – to ensure contract terms are understood, implemented, and integrated effectively across systems.Analyze payer agreements and reimbursement methodologies to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved performance and rate optimization.Serve as a key resource for contract interpretation, providing leadership with guidance and insight on terms, obligations, and strategic implications.Lead periodic reviews and audits of contracts and related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Support strategic initiatives related to payer relations, provider compensation structures, and financial contracting strategies.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills in managing multiple contract priorities and deliverables within established timelines.Qualifications:Associate’s degree in related field required (healthcare administration, business, paralegal, etc.).3-5 years of experience with contract administration in healthcare, legal, financial, or operational setting.Familiarity with payer processes, healthcare provider agreements, and financial contracts.Working knowledge of healthcare provider credentialing a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communicator with ability to work cross-functionally.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to contract management platforms preferredPlease note: Advantia Health is dedicated to providing unparalleled healthcare to our customers by employing the most highly-qualified individuals.
