We are looking for a talented, proactive, and curious individual to fill the backend developer position. Along with our CTO and technology team, you will create innovative technology that digitizes lending and payroll processes.
➡️ Job description: We are looking for a highly capable Node.js developer to build our web-based application performance. You will collaborate with our frontend application developers, designing backend components and our back office.
👉 Responsibilities and challenges:
• Develop and maintain all server-side applications and services.
• Develop integrations with payroll systems involving distinct integration patterns.
• Ensuring optimal performance of MOX services and responsiveness to client requests.
• Implementation of security and data protection on MOX services, including API systems, integration systems, and applications.
• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Documenting processes, including database schemas and dashboards.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for our dev team.
💡 Requirements and skillset:
• Previous experience in backend roles.
• Experience in integrations to third-party ERP systems (if it's in FinTtech/Payroll/HR integrations, it's a plus).
• Experience with SQL databases & ORM, and data models.
• Experience using testing frameworks such as JEST.
• Fluent in written English and spoken Spanish.
• Experience in dev-ops CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• Excellent documentation skills.

• Awareness of financial regulation in Latam.
• Interests/knowledge on creating Documentation & DX.
