This is a full-time On Site Service Technician Level III / Level IV position at Apollo Safety Inc. The role involves calibrating fixed gas detection systems, understanding the entire Fixed System concept, and interacting with customers. The technician will also be required to travel to customer sites, perform maintenance, and assist other technicians. The position requires a good driving record, completion of a drug screen and background check, and the ability to work beyond normal business hours when necessary. Responsibilities: - Calibrate fixed gas detection systems both in-house and on-site at customer facilities - Understand the entire Fixed System concept, including alarms, relays, and other external devices - Interact with customers on the phone and in person - Travel to and from customer sites in a safe and timely manner - Perform Fixed System calibrations and minor maintenance at customer facilities alone - Assist other higher level technicians on-site at customer facilities for Fixed System installations, calibrations and maintenance - Present themselves in a courteous and professional manner and display Apollo Safety Inc. identification at all times - Complete a drug screen and background check - Work beyond normal business hours when necessary
