We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager for our Business Development team to manage our business relationships with our clients in South Korea. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fluent in the sneaker market, and committed to providing top-tier customer service for key sellers on the platform. The ideal candidate will be confident in their relationship building skills, a strong communicator, and comfortable in understanding and reporting on data.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize key seller relationships through business management, outreach and strategic planning
- Track KPI’s for your accounts, with a proactive approach to addressing any areas of concern
- Assess each account’s status, performance and full potential to identify additional growth opportunities
- Identify themes and opportunity areas for our sellers, proposing action plans where necessary
- Lead execution of seller initiatives and team projects
- Collaborate with internal teams in ensuring product is listed for sale in a timely manner
- Use data-informed guidance, to help accounts achieve growth on our platform
- Present business updates and insights to sellers on a regular basis, identifying key opportunities
- Solve seller issues through troubleshooting with prompt communication
- Provide dedicated customer support for our power sellers
- Drive business by prospecting existing connections and proactively sourcing new accounts
- Analyse and report on key KPI’s addressing areas of concern proactively, create action plans and uncover opportunities
