Social media manager at Already There

Already There is seeking a Social Media manager to help with its Instagram account and other social accounts. You'll be creating content for the mindfulness and meditation space, using our brand book to guide the style. You can expect to make a post, stories, and reels on a daily basis. ⚠️ Important information: ⏺ The role would start part-time, with 1–2 days per week working in person from Laureles and other hours remotely. ⏺ This would be a trial period with an hourly rate between 20-50 COP depending on experience and what tasks you're able to complete. ⏺ The salary has room for growth if you can keep growing with the company. 📔 Requirements: ◽️ English fluency, verbal and written, at a minimum of C1 level. ◽️ Experience and success in managing previous social media accounts. ◽️ Video editing abilities, including reposting, remixing, and editing videos. ◽️ Graphic design experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. ◽️ Ability to follow and develop a style based on a brand book. ◽️ College degree and access to your laptop. ◽️ Ability to work on-site in Laureles, Medellín, at least one day a week. ◽️ Ability to stay organized and motivated while working remotely. ◽️ Proficiency with Google Suite tools and project management (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar). 📔 Responsibilities: ◽️ Create daily posts, stories, and reels based on the content and brand book. ◽️ Edit and remix videos for reels. ◽️ Build a social media calendar. ◽️ Engage with similar accounts and conduct outreach to influencers. ◽️ Work using guidelines of the brand book. ◽️ Use AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to assist in content creation. ◽️ Help design a new website and integrate social media content.
