The Analyst/Programmer Specialist will join the Master Data Management (MDM) team, focusing on reporting, data analytics, and data integration within PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, SQL Server, and ASP.NET environments. The candidate will design interactive reports, manage data migration/ETL processes, and support Master Data Management initiatives. This is a full-time onsite position in Indianapolis, Indiana, requiring a background check and fingerprinting before the start date. Core Technologies and Skills: * Databases: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server. * Reporting: SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). * ETL/Data Migration: SSIS. * Programming Languages: T-SQL, PL/pgSQL. * Analytics and BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI (preferred, not required). * Other Tools: Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Must-Have Requirements: * Minimum 6 years of IT experience. More than 4 years in: * Data analytics and reporting. * PostgreSQL development. * T-SQL/PL/pgSQL programming. * Data migration, ETL, and SSIS. * SSRS report development, deployment, and security. * Master Data Management (MDM). * Minimum 1 year of experience with Atlassian tools. * Must currently reside in Indiana. * Onsite availability Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. * Willingness to pass background check and fingerprinting.
