Responsibilities

You will contact business owners through cold calls using our company dialer and lead lists. Your main task is to schedule qualified demos for our sales team. This position does not involve selling or closing, only friendly conversations that lead to appointments. We are TheAiCrewMate, an AI agency that helps US home-service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing) increase their quote bookings. You will make outbound calls following a simple script and book demos for our sales team. Compensation and Schedule. * Base pay: $20 USD per day + $60 USD per closed sale from your set (On-Target Earnings: $1,000–$1,500+/month at KPI). * Shifts (US hours): 6am–2pm ET or 2pm–10pm ET, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday). * Paid 4-hour trial shift required to demonstrate activity and quality. Requirements (non-negotiable). * Native-sounding English with clear, confident, and natural pacing (neutral/North American accent). * Coachable and consistent, with the ability to handle high-volume dialing. * Reliable wired internet connection (25+ Mbps), USB headset, and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications. * Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting. * Familiarity with US home-services industries (roofing, HVAC, plumbing).
