⚠️ Important details 🚀 The salary will be paid in ARS. 🚀 The candidate needs to have availability to work from 13hs to 21hs (Argentina timezone). 🚀 The opportunity is remote, but the candidate must live in Buenos Aires. ✅ Requirements 🚀 You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. 🚀 1 year of experience as a minimum, working in customer service. 🚀 If the candidate has experience in startups is a plus. 🚀 If the candidate has experience working in the tech or education industry is a plus. ✅ Responsibilities 🚀 Customer support: The candidate will work closely with customers, providing useful information and assistance to solve their queries. This is in order to understand their needs, inquire about possible improvements and optimize the user experience. 🚀 Report bugs and improvements: The candidate will report those platform malfunctions or suggestions for improvements that customers can provide. In this way, a constant feedback of maintenance and improvement of the product is generated. 🚀 Link with the client: The candidate will take care of the link with the client to build loyalty and be able to learn from him. This will not only help in retention, but also in obtaining valuable information for product development. - fidu uses Agile Recruitment for its selection processes.
