This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing new business to expanding and maximizing value within the current customer base.Account Executives are accountable for achieving quota across both new business and expansion revenue. They play a critical role in helping customers achieve their goals while driving company growth by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering solutions that create long-term value.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Own revenue performance within a defined territory, including both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accountsOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, closing, and expansionBuild and manage a pipeline of both new business opportunities and existing customer growthDevelop strong relationships with prospects and customers within a defined territory to understand their needs and identify opportunities for value creationDrive new customer acquisition while expanding revenue and product adoption within existing accountsConduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions aligned to customer goalsDevelop and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationsPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive customer outcomes and revenue growthMaintain accurate pipeline management and provide reliable revenue forecastingIdentify market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategy and product feedbackRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetingsCompetencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.Adaptability - Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
