We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team!Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate high-quality B2B leads through online research and prospecting.Identify key decision-makers and qualify leads based on business requirements.Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets while ensuring data accuracy.Required SkillsExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.Strong internet research and data mining skills.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify leads effectively.Strong email drafting, cold outreach, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Excellent follow-up, relationship-building, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets.Good time management and organizational skills.Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.Preferred SkillsExperience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data management.Understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT and ICP.Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach strategies and social selling.Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports.Self-motivated, target-driven, eager to learn, and a strong problem solver.Prior experience working in a remote setup is an added advantage.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: jobs@esktec.com
