Paid flights to and from the shipLegal employment based on 10-hour work dayFixed return dates at the end of your contractFree shipwide Wi-FiFree accomodationOpportunities for growth and advancement in your careerYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPreparation and administration of an accurate payroll, onboard crew accounts.Processing crew cash advances and crew bank wires as per company guidelines.Preparation and submission of Month end financial reports.Preparation and assistance with Immigration and Custom clearance.Liaising with agents and HODs for crew travel arrangements.Crew medical disembarks in cooperation with the Medical team.Accurate and complete administration of crew files including certification, travel documents, personal details, etc.Maintenance of Crew manifests for on board safety regulations and international requirements.Maintain an accurate cash float and request required funds from the Chief Purser in timely manner.Diligent completion of signing off and on process for all crew members.Make all the necessary travel arrangements for off signing crewmembers.YOUR PROFILEA minimum of one year experience in the Pursers department on board a vesselFinancial background, relative accounting and administration skillsMust have in-depth knowledge of clearance and visa requirements in international waters, for crew embarkation and disembarkation.Must be a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old; physically fit and in good health; must be able to carry heavy items and stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time.Fluent in English - must be able to address any kind of information in an adequate manner with excellent oral and written English communication skills – the ability to speak an additional language is an advantage.International experience / shipboard experience is requiredAbility to work independently, positive, approachable personality, professional appearance, excellent communication skillsFlexible and stress resistant, team player, shows commitmentNo visible tattoosNOTE: Nationalities that we can process: 🇱🇹 🇱🇻 🇪🇪 🇵🇱 🇷🇺 🇧🇾 🇺🇦 🇲🇩 🇰🇿 🇺🇿 🇦🇲 🇬🇪 🇦🇿 🇹🇯 ! 🇰🇬 🇹🇲 citizens can be accepted if they know and speak Chinese language (Mandarin)
