We build a dynamic culture driven by speed, analytics, and results.We’re currently looking for a strong Senior User Acquisition Manager to scale paid acquisition and drive business growth through data-driven decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the entire marketing analytics cycle—from raw data to decision-makingBuild and scale data flows for effective marketing across all paid channelsBe responsible for marketing dashboards with detailed breakdowns by ad creatives and traffic sources to track and optimize LTV, CAC, ROAS, and conversions in the sales funnelDevelop and automate LTV models, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution across all channelsWork closely with the marketing team to optimize budget allocation, scaling strategies, and channel performanceSupport and evaluate marketing experiments (creatives, funnels, audiences, A/B tests)Ensure accurate attribution and data consistency across all marketing and product touchpointsRequirements3+ years of experience with META Ads for B2C SaaS products (hands-on experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus);A proven track record of managing advertising budgets (starting at $500,000/month);You seek to validate hypotheses with data and always track metrics for campaigns;You value a non-standard approach, especially when it comes to testing and interesting case studies;Initiative and a desire to quickly grow into a people manager role;intermediate English (B1+).Nice to haveExperience with apps, W2A/W2WWhat We OfferRemote workCompetitive compensationFlexible working hours (start between 9:00–11:00 CET)All necessary equipmentPaid vacation and sick leaveEducational support: reimbursement for certifications, courses, and trainingCompany events and internal knowledge-sharing activitiesTransparent communication and an open feedback culture
