Physicians in this role are joining a modern, technology-enabled outpatient platform built to expand access to high-quality care across the spectrum of patient needs.The care model is designed to remove administrative friction—supported by an experienced operations team and AI-enabled tooling—so clinicians can focus on what matters most: delivering excellent patient care.The company recently closed a Series A and is scaling rapidly, offering physicians the opportunity to help shape the future of virtual medicine in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Only)Full-time physicians receive a strong benefits package, including:UnitedHealthcare medical insurance (3 plan options)One plan fully covered for employees50% coverage for dependents401(k)Unlimited/flexible vacation policyEquity eligibility for full-time team membersPart-Time Note: Part-time physicians are engaged as 1099 contractors and do not receive benefits or equity. After 4 months of active engagement, conversion to full-time may be considered based on mutual fit and performance.Weekend Coverage RequirementWeekend shift coverage is currently 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. MTAdditional weekend hours are being added for flexibilityPhysicians must work at least 2 weekend days per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)Key ResponsibilitiesCandidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to:Provide comprehensive virtual outpatient care via video and chat-based visitsManage patients across varying levels of acuity and clinical complexityDeliver accurate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations in a telehealth settingCollaborate with specialists and broader care teams for rapid consults and referralsUtilize integrated tools to coordinate labs, imaging, prescriptions, and continuity of care within patient networksMaintain an empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong communication across digital channelsPractice efficiently in a modern environment supported by operational workflows and AI-enabled administrative supportRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)These qualifications are mandatory.
