About the role:We are seeking an experienced Lead SCADA 3D Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of HVAC and/or EPMS systems, excellent technical skills, and exceptional communication skills. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a high degree of integrity with the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently.They must be a technical problem solver who utilizes their experience and expertise to develop graphical user interfaces for end-users in commercial and mission-critical spaces. This position requires mature judgment and initiative. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.Key Responsibilities:Make decisions on product direction based on customer and interdepartmental communications to maintain balance with our cutting-edge product and output efficiencyProvide training and guidance to the Graphics EngineersProject and task delegation to Graphics EngineersCommunicate all project statuses effectively to Engineering Manager and Project ManagersEnsure project timelines for graphics needs are metAll responsibilities listed below under “Graphics Engineer Duties/Responsibilities”;Complete all graphics design/development within the allotted hoursDesign visually appealing, dynamic, easy to use, and modern looking graphic solutions for building operators as per client or company standardsComplete review and understanding of design support which includes logging & tracking projects and statusSupport project managers and control technicians in designing graphics for their projectsSupport delivery of graphics to the jobsite to meet completion schedulesMust be able to multi-task and work on more than one design project at a timeIdentify quality control issues and notify project manager and engineering manager in a timely mannerMaintain consistent response time and follow up with each assigned project managersEnsure accurate and timely graphic design deliverablesEnsure proper documentation for long term servicing of customersMaintain revision tracking for up-to-date project packages for continual project updates, expansions, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with DGLogik/DGLux5 Designer/EnteliVIZ Designer/ECLYPSE Designer/ENVYSION DesignerExperience with BAS/BMS/EMS/DDC/EPMS SystemsHS diploma or equivalent requiredAssociates degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training1-2 years of experience with building automation5+ years in graphical software experienceExperience in various programming languages a plus (Python, C++, etc.)Understanding of graphics software applications such as: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Orcaview Illustrator, Niagara Tridium graphics, Sweet Home 3D, or equivalent.About Us:Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Divcon delivers fully integrated automation solutions nationwide that optimize performance, energy efficiency, and reliability across HVAC, lighting, power monitoring, and mission-critical systems.
