This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):Lead operational execution for pharmacy services, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and excellence in patient care.Identify, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.Mentor and develop staff through coaching and team-building initiatives.Address client concerns and develop actionable solutions to enhance satisfaction and maintain strong partnerships.Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure pharmacies are adequately supported during all operating hours.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including URAC and ACHC requirements.Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff technical proficiency and customer service capabilities.Foster clear communication and collaboration between operations teams, corporate staff, and client representatives.Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory control programs, including 340B requirements.Prepare operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Promote adherence to Maxor’s Compliance Program and Ethical Business Conduct policy.Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.Hire, train and discipline staff.Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Support performance evaluations, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives.Attend industry meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay updated on trends and best practices.Regularly travel between pharmacy locations as needed.Perform other job-related duties as required.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or pharmacy related field.Experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy required3-5 years spent progressively building a background in various departmental functions with at least 1 year of experience at a management/leadership level.Previous pharmacy system/technology experience requiredExperience with the following: System implementation, program management, management of 10+ employees, quality control of operations, audit and corrective action plans, 340B, pharmacy purchasing, stakeholder communicationsMust be able to travel.Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven ability to establish and execute goals, processes, and structures aligned with organizational strategies.Expertise in operational leadership, coaching, and teambuilding to foster collaborative work environments.Deep understanding of relevant compliance standards and accreditation requirements.Advanced analytical and decision-making capabilities to drive strategic outcomes.Effective at building and maintaining key relationships to support operational objectives.Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in change management and process improvement.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Why VytlOne?VytlOne offers a progressive culture that promotes teamwork and where employees are valued as the Company’s best asset.
