We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team.Key Responsibilities:Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacksSchedule appointments for multiple therapistsVerify insurance eligibility and benefitsReview and submit claims in SimplePracticeSupport daily front-office operations and collaborate with the teamQualifications: At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED!
