The ideal candidate will lead fixed asset accounting processes, ensure compliance, and manage end-to-end asset lifecycle activities. Exposure to Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fixed Assets implementation, support, and enhancement activitiesConfigure and maintain asset categories, depreciation methods, calendars, and accounting rulesManage asset capitalization, depreciation, revaluation, impairment, transfers, and retirementsEnsure accurate integration between Oracle Fixed Assets and General LedgerCollaborate with AP teams to ensure smooth asset capitalization from Oracle Accounts PayablePerform month-end and year-end fixed asset close activitiesPrepare and review asset-related financial reports and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controlsProvide functional guidance to junior team members and stakeholdersAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fixed Assets-related issues and enhancementsMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) moduleIn-depth understanding of fixed asset accounting and asset lifecycle managementExperience in configuration, reporting, and reconciliation within Oracle FAStrong functional knowledge of Oracle FinancialsGood to HaveExperience with Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)Knowledge of asset capitalization through AP invoicesExposure to Oracle Financials integrations and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with specialization in Oracle Fixed AssetsPrior experience in a lead or manager role is preferredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently in a remote environmentDetail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
