We are looking for an experienced SDET / Automation Test Engineer to join an Agile/SCRUM development team supporting high-quality web applications, APIs, and scheduled tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, UI testing, functional/regression testing, performance testing, and automated test framework development.ResponsibilitiesWork with an experienced Agile/SCRUM team to deliver high-quality software releases.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, and test strategies.Perform Web, UI, API, Functional, Regression, Smoke, Black Box, Load/Performance, Security, and End-to-End testing.Develop and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.Enhance existing automation frameworks for improved reusability and maintainability.Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to reduce defects and error rates.Prepare testing artifacts including Test Plans, Test Strategies, RTMs, and Test Reports.Evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements.Maintain automation repositories as part of Configuration Management.Support CI/CD-based automated testing and deployments using tools such as Jenkins.Train and mentor other SDET/automation engineers on custom frameworks and integrations.Required Skills7+ years of experience implementing and utilizing automated test solutions.2+ years of programming/scripting experience with C#, Python, or Java.Strong experience with Test Automation Frameworks such as NUnit, JUnit, or equivalent.Hands-on experience with Selenium/UI automation, API testing, functional and regression testing.Experience designing and developing custom automation frameworks.Strong understanding of Web applications, APIs, DNS, hosting, and client/server architecture.Experience with CI/CD, preferably Jenkins.Strong knowledge of Git/version control and Configuration Management.Understanding of RDBMS / Microsoft SQL Server.Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.Strong understanding of software quality engineering practices and testing methodologies.Experience creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Preferred SkillsTelerik Test StudioMicrosoft Test Manager / test case management toolsPerformance and Load TestingSecurity TestingAdvanced API AutomationCI/CD Automation
