Sales Success Coordinator Position Overview The Sales Success Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for our sales management, coaching, and recruiting services. This role supports Sales Coaches, Recruiters, and Clients by preparing coaching materials, auditing CRM activity, maintaining accountability systems, coordinating recruiting processes, and ensuring client programs run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and comfortable working with CRM systems, sales data, and coaching workflows. As our client base grows, we are looking for a Sales Success Coordinator who can help our coaches and recruiters deliver a world-class experience at scale. ________________________________________ Primary Responsibilities Sales Coaching Support CRM Audits & Coaching Preparation Before coaching sessions, you will: • Review client CRM activity • Compare actual performance against sales plans • Review prior coaching notes • Analyze pipeline health • Identify stalled opportunities • Identify overdue follow-ups and tasks • Track activity metrics and KPIs • Prepare coaching briefing reports Coaching Administration • Schedule coaching sessions • Maintain coaching records • Update accountability trackers • Document action items • Send coaching recap emails • Track completion of assignments and commitments • Coordinate follow-up activities Reporting & Scorecards • Generate weekly KPI reports • Build activity scorecards • Maintain dashboards • Track sales performance trends • Prepare monthly client reporting packages ________________________________________ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role may be measured by: Sales Operations • Coaching preparation completed on time • Accuracy of CRM audits • Reporting turnaround time • Action item completion tracking ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational skills • High attention to detail • Experience with CRM systems • Experience with spreadsheets and reporting • Strong administrative and project management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Professional communication skills Preferred • HubSpot experience • Pipedrive experience • Sales operations experience • Virtual assistant or executive assistant experience • Experience supporting remote teams ________________________________________ Technical Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet • Modern computer with dual monitors preferred • Comfortable using: o CRM systems o Google Workspace o Microsoft Office o Zoom or Teams o Project Management Software ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate Profile You may be a strong fit if you: • Love organization and systems • Enjoy finding problems in data • Like creating reports and dashboards • Are proactive rather than reactive • Can follow processes consistently • Communicate professionally with clients • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Take ownership of your responsibilities ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like After 90 Days By 90 days, you are: • Independently preparing coaching briefings • Managing recruiting coordination workflows • Producing accurate KPI reports • Maintaining accountability systems • Supporting multiple Sales Coaches simultaneously • Helping the organization serve more clients without sacrificing quality ________________________________________ Compensation $1,500-$2,500 per month based on experience
