Engagement Manager - SAP | Monterrey (Presencial). Are you experienced in leading relationships with strategic clients and managing SAP consulting projects? This opportunity may be for you. Main Responsibilities: - Be the main point of contact with clients, ensuring an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction. - Manage project execution, guaranteeing deliveries on time, scope, quality, and budget. - Develop long-term business relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, renewals, and service expansion. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development, and Testing) to ensure project success. - Monitor performance indicators, profitability, and achievement of objectives. - Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and communicate progress to both the client and internal stakeholders. - Negotiate agreements and collaborate in contract administration. We are looking for professionals with: - Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, Client Partner, Program Manager, or similar positions within technology consulting. - Solid experience in SAP implementation or support projects. - Knowledge of project management and professional services methodologies. - Leadership, negotiation, and client management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work teams. - Advanced English (essential). - Experience working with corporate clients and, preferably, with multicultural teams. Location: - Monterrey, Nuevo León (on-site scheme).
