Responsibilities and deliverables

We need to produce a launch video by September 16. Deliverables: * Creative proposal and complete video script (concept, narrative, copy, and storyboard/moodboard) for team approval. * Finalized main launch video, 1–3 minutes long, in the style of the reference videos and ready for display on the iFood Move event screen on September 16. * AI-powered animations and motion graphics integrated into the video, including visual demonstrations of the products (Emilia Sentinel, Emilia Coach). * Filmed footage, when applicable, including recording of success stories (Jin Jin, Alife Nino), with rights to use the footage granted to the company. * Finalized soundtrack and sound design, with music licensed for commercial use across the company’s channels. * Adapted versions for distribution: 16:9 format (event/YouTube), 9:16 format (Reels/TikTok/Stories), and short 15–30-second cuts for social media. * Final high-resolution files (minimum 1080p, ideally 4K) and project source files (or an agreement regarding delivery of editable files). * Portuguese subtitles (and English, if necessary) for the social media versions. * Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the scope.
