Legal Assistant – Referrals Subdepartment. Location: Argentina, Mexico, and Guatemala. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (US Eastern Time). Work Type: Full-time. Experience: 1 to 3 years. English: C1 level required. Salary: - Argentina: USD 1,000 per month. - Mexico: MXN 20,000 per month. - Guatemala: GTQ 7,000 per month. About the Position: - We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the referral process for personal injury cases, from intake through follow-up and closure. - This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: - Review and process incoming case referrals. - Follow up on accepted and rejected cases. - Maintain up-to-date legal records and documentation. - Manage emails and communications with clients and partners. - Open new cases and track assigned tasks. - Organize documentation, correspondence, and files. - Maintain up-to-date files prepared for audits. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in legal or administrative roles. - Law students with flexible availability are welcome. - Profiles with experience in legal or certified translation will also be considered. - Advanced English (C1 level) spoken and written. - Experience in document management, case tracking, or legal administration. - Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
