Performs complex computer systems analysis and quality assurance work for the CTO team, with a focus on modernization initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, and shared technology services. Develops and executes manual and automated test plans; validates system functionality, accessibility, security, data, API, and AI-enabled workflows; identifies and documents defects; and supports release readiness.
