This is a thorough process involving both a comprehensive investigation of current day-to-day operations and conceptual design of new business processes engineered to make operations better.Then a separate set of technical experts work with you to create innovative technical solutions that fit those business needs and requirements.Clear delineation of expertise is enforced and utilized: business experts don't make technical decisions by themselves and technical experts don't make business decisions by themselves, but both are accountable to work proactively together, raising and resolving questions or issues until the solutions actually achieve the expected results in our clients' organizations.Role of Business Process Analyst in ESABe ultimately responsible for creating results for clients' business operations, including clients' business processes and continuous improvements to day-to-day business operations.For new clients, thoroughly investigate day-to-day operations and reconstruct current business processes by examining systems, data, records, documents, communication logs, and other business artifacts.Interview key staff, managers, and other individuals, and conduct other investigation as appropriate.Reconstruct detailed as-is business processes, capturing process scenarios, structure, and inner workings.Improve business processes to enable a more profitable, efficient, and scalable business; craft individualized custom solutions and avoid cookie-cutter approaches.Use root-principles thinking to find sub-optimalities and issues, re-engineer client business processes, and define exact desired processes needed to achieve results goals.Ensure engineered desired processes can successfully work in the client's day-to-day business operations.Work with the technical team to conceptualize and implement system solutions that implement, enforce, and automate the desired to-be processes.Coordinate with technical experts to ensure design meets business needs and enables implementation of desired business processes.Lead the implementation of processes and systems into the client's actual business operations and make them the new day-to-day reality.Discover and address issues during implementation, refine improvements as needed, and follow through to ensure end-to-end day-to-day resulting operations meet desired results.As clients evolve, continue evolving processes and systems to power growth, efficiency, and profitability over time.Commit to a rigorous, thorough approach: execute with 100% full-time focus and 100% full-time effort; this role cannot be done alongside other work.Deliver results frequently and regularly; performance and career progression are evaluated by these results.Additional infoWe are only accepting experienced candidates at this time.
