Requirements and responsibilities
• Drive highly visible, high impact and complex analytic engagements impacting the data platform and advanced analytics ecosystem
• Own the end to end insights creation-to-consumption lifecycle, leading business problem definition, hypotheses formulation, designing and delivering the solution
• Lead and build the Analytics function at Engyte from the ground up
• Lead the definition of official data assets associated with key business metrics, ensuring that different groups do not use different results for the same number
• Build out an Analytics infrastructure to integrate the tools and data-sources needed for reporting and analyses to scale with growth
• Develop analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and broader organization
• Mentor, grow and attract a team of high performing analysts. Provide oversight and analytical thought leadership to ensure that outcomes are robust, actionable, and reliable
• Partner with leaders to frame, shape and execute on the critical insights for business decisions
• Engage broadly with multiple teams to frame, structure, and prioritize business problems where insights can have the biggest impact
