Requirements and responsibilities


• Drive a global Total Rewards strategy and supports the Emburse’s business and talent acquisition strategy to attract a highly diverse, global workforce • Leads the development, implementation, management, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures and ensures that they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements • Develop and manage variable pay programs designed to drive performance and align compensation with company philosophy • Analyzes internal and external salary statistics, including survey results, to provide recommendations and strategies for changes to salary grades and for classification of new jobs • Stays current with market trends and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as it relates to compensation • Stays current with global pay trends and ensures compliance with all regulations as they pertain to Emburse’s international offices • Works collaboratively with administrative functions to build support of compensation processes within the framework available • Consults with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to determine appropriate base and incentive pay for new hire offers; determines appropriate response to requests for retention and signing bonuses • Prepares compensation recommendations for new positions and promotions supported by internal equity, pay guidelines, and external competitive benchmarks • Analyzes and presents to functional leaders’ compensation themes and pay gaps for their respective teams • Plays a key role in the annual compensation review planning process to include merit, bonus, and equity programs • Completes audits to check the integrity of the compensation data • Fulfills all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations, including internationally • Develop and maintain relationships with benefit and compensation vendors, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure they comply with contract terms and conditions and leverage them to continue to offer high-quality programs and maintain market competitiveness • Lead the management of the renewal processes in all locations, from end to end including renewal negotiations, deliver communication, and streamline enrollment • Lead annual review for health and group insurance plans, annual open enrollment, which includes the evaluation of costs, benefits audit etc. • Maintain expertise and continual assessment and research of market trends and recommend considerations for change to current programs by building business cases and calculating the impact on budgets • Analyze and deliver reporting and cost projections to support the recommendation of benefit plan changes, adding new benefits and ensuring program governance
