Requirements and responsibilities


• Manage, motivate, and evaluate a team of SDRs • Conduct weekly team meetings and 1 on 1’s to keep the team tracking towards monthly and quarterly goals (or biweekly) (weekly coaching sessions) • Track key data points such as SDR activity, meetings set and held, and opportunities created- Measure and improve qualification and conversion rates • Develop and coach SDRs in their careers, preparing them for roles of increasing responsibility and scope- • Work extensively with sales and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo) • Provide sales mentorship to SDRs • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify and implement improvements to our demand-generation process (especially when following up to interested prospects)
