The Lead Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focused on Windows solutions. This role will require a deep understanding of modern workplace technology and the employee experience. This role will require a deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, Configmgr and/or other Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.The Lead Systems Engineer is responsible for the oversight of multiple systems and projects, including policy management, compliance, and automation across Windows operating systems, Configmgr, Intune, etc. This position will also be accountable for implementing business continuity and oversee and evaluate Windows device system security, privacy, new device solutions across different lines of business, and backup processes.This role will be an instrumental part of growing the Windows solutions across Humana's many different lines of business, such as Home Health and Primary Care.
