Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer with strong experience building integrations and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of back-end development experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, REST APIs, webhooks and token management.
- Experience with event-driven systems, message queues, retries and dead-letter queues (e.g. AWS SQS).
Experience with PostgreSQL/relational databases, ORMs, AWS and Docker.
- Experience designing resilient distributed systems that rely on third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, agentic/spec-driven development).
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code for security, performance, maintainability and production readiness.
- Strong knowledge of testing, debugging, code review, PRs, OOP and SOLID.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken, with confidence communicating directly with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
- Develop scalable Node.js/TypeScript back-end services.
- Implement authentication.
- Implement webhooks.
- Implement data synchronization.
- Implement queue-driven workflows.
- Build and review production-ready code, including AI-generated code.
- Apply AI engineering practices to improve development workflows.
- Work directly with customers and technical teams to solve complex integration challenges.
