Job Title: Bilingual Cleaner Operations & Staffing Manager (Remote - LATAM).
Position: Full-Time or Long-Term Part-Time (20–40 hrs/week).
Location: 100% Remote (Latin America – Must align with US EST/CST business hours).
Compensation: $6.00 – $9.00 / hour (Based on direct cleaning industry experience).
Languages Required: Fluent English (C1/C2) & Native Spanish.
About the Role:
- You act as the operational bridge between English-speaking business leadership and our Spanish-speaking field cleaners.
Recruiting & Hiring:
- Finding, screening, interviewing, and onboarding dependable cleaners.
Field Dispatch & Attendance Management:
- Managing schedules, assigning bookings, tracking cleaner check-ins, verifying job duration, and resolving daily field issues in real time.
Cleaner Recruiting & Onboarding:
- Manage active job posts across Indeed, Facebook Groups, and local classifieds.
- Review incoming applications and filter out candidates who do not meet core requirements, such as a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean background check.
- Conduct 15-minute phone or video screening interviews in Spanish to assess reliability, experience, attitude, and schedule flexibility.
- Coordinate background checks, collect tax or identification documents, and set up new hires in our management software.
- Walk new cleaners through company standards, digital checklists, and supply expectations before their first shift.
Dispatch, Scheduling & Cleaner Assignment:
- Match and assign upcoming bookings to cleaners based on team capacity, geographic zones, driving routes, and cleaner skill level.
- Confirm next-day schedules with cleaners every afternoon via WhatsApp or SMS to prevent no-shows.
- Reassign jobs and coordinate emergency coverage immediately if a cleaner calls out or runs behind schedule.
Real-Time Job Monitoring & Accountability:
- Track live cleaner clock-ins and clock-outs using our field software GPS tools.
- Ensure cleaners arrive on time and work within estimated job labor hours.
- Verify photo completion checklists sent by cleaners before marking jobs completed.
- Act as the primary direct contact for cleaners throughout the day via WhatsApp for access codes, alarm questions, lockbox issues, or client pet concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent, confident written and verbal English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working for a US or Canadian home service company, including cleaning, maid service, property management, or maintenance.
- Prior experience using cleaning or field service management software such as Jobber, ZenMaid, BookingKoala, Housecall Pro, or Swept.
- Experience using communication tools such as WhatsApp Business, OpenPhone, RingCentral, or Slack.
- Calm, professional, and firm when enforcing attendance policies, verifying checklists, or handling call-outs.
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 30 Mbps, backup power or internet solution, modern laptop or PC, and a noise-canceling headset.
