About Lend Home ImprovementsLend Home Improvements (LHI) provides financing solutions for home improvement contractors. Our dealers — bath remodelers, roofers, and full-service home improvement companies across the country — use our platform to offer their customers financing at the point of sale. We work with multiple lending partners to make sure every dealer has the right program for their business.About the roleWe're hiring a Dealer Onboarding Coordinator to own the dealer experience from the moment they sign to the moment they're trained and processing their first applications. This is a process and coordination role. You won't be selling, and you won't be building or delivering training content. You'll be the person who moves each dealer through every step of activation, clears the required compliance review, hands them off to training on schedule, and follows up at 30 days to make sure they're actually using the platform. The dealers we onboard are busy contractors. If we let them sit in limbo for two weeks, we lose them. Your job is to make sure that never happens. What you'll doManage dealer data across our lending platformsKeep dealer records accurate and current in HubSpot, including platform status, active financing programs, contacts, and account ownershipMove dealer information between our internal systems and our lending partners on a set weekly schedulePrepare, send, and track partner agreements through DocuSign, and follow up on outstanding paperworkTrack each dealer's lender status and relay account credentials and merchant identifiers between partnersCatch and resolve data problems — duplicate records, mismatched email addresses, missing contacts — before they hold up an activationRun the compliance reviewSchedule and conduct a scripted compliance read-through with each new dealer ahead of their activation dateSubmit the required compliance documentation to the appropriate lending partnerMaintain an accurate list of which dealers still need to complete this stepCoordinate the training handoffOnce a dealer is live, send them clear instructions on what happens next and where their platform invitation was sentBook both training sessions — admin platform training and sales team training — with the correct internal ownerConfirm sessions took place and log the outcomeOwn the 30-day follow-upCheck in with every dealer 30 days after activationDetermine whether they're transacting normally, need to be re-engaged, or should be escalated to their sales repReport what you find clearly and factuallyWhat we're looking forExceptional follow-through. You close loops without anyone having to ask twice.Strong organizational skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and a CRM every dayClear, professional written communication — you can write a short email a contractor will actually read on his phoneAccuracy under volume. You notice when two records are really the same company.Comfortable on the phone with business owners, working from a script and staying on it2+ years in an operations, onboarding, account coordination, or administrative roleHelpful, but not requiredHubSpot experienceDocuSign administrationBackground in lending, home improvement, or contractor-facing operationsNot requiredSales experienceLending or credit expertiseTraining or curriculum development experienceCompensation and structureBase salary, plus a per-dealer bonus for completing onboarding within the target window.
