We’re looking for a strategic, customer-focused Senior UX Designer to lead the UX strategy and continuous improvement of Carepod’s e-commerce experience!You’ll own the UX roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, lead research and optimization efforts, and turn customer insights and data into experiences that make the shopping journey more intuitive, engaging, and effective.What we’re looking for:6+ years of experience in UX and Product Design, with strong e-commerce experienceExperience owning UX projects from strategy through implementation, with a strong understanding of customer journeysStrong UX research, usability testing, and data-driven decision making skillsExperience creating UX roadmaps and prioritizing initiativesStrong Figma skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skills⭐ Bonus: CRO, A/B testing, Shopify, analytics, or CX experience.
