• Manage coordination for and within the US recruitment team • Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics • Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline • Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline • Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process • Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions • Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
