You will collaborate with Engineering teams and other support groups to deliver quality service to internal and external customers. You will be accountable for meeting service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also drive continuous improvements in process and organizational capabilities.Job Description WHAT YOU GET TO DOHandle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - these are warm leads, no cold callingUpsell real estate agents' current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listingsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficientlyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platformConduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's servicesMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunitiesAssist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retentionGenerate and qualify leadsPrepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metricsStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updatesParticipate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skillsQualificationsAny Graduate with +3 years experience in sales support job preferred from Mortgage Domain.
