Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end O9 Supply Planning implementations; gather and translate business requirements into O9 functional designs; configure and implement Supply Planning modules (Demand-Supply matching, Deployment, Capacity Planning, etc.); perform solution design, data mapping, model configuration, and testing; collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and integration partners; support data integration and validation; drive UAT, training, and hypercare; troubleshoot and resolve planning model and system issues.
