Responsibilities: Continuously monitor and analyze the latest developments and policy changes in Ladakh across political, economic, trade, social development etc. Leverage first-hand experience and local networks to produce in-depth analytical reports that provide core information support for the company's strategic decision-making and research projects. Requirements: 1. Deep understanding of Ladakh's local political landscape, economic development, and social fabric, with first-hand professional experience or extensive network resources in at least 2-3 of the aforementioned fields. 2. Excellent skills in information gathering, policy analysis, and report writing, capable of producing original, objective, and forward-looking in-depth analysis. 3. Possess a strong local professional network to effectively verify information and gain unique insights. 4. Professional working proficiency in English. This is a remote advisory position compensated on a per-report basis.
