You'll source and close top talent in a competitive AI hiring market, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build the systems and culture that make Bespoke a place great people want to join.What you'll doOwn end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (Research Engineers, Research scientists, Software engineers, Product engineers, and more)Source passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, and community engagementManage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiationsBuild and refine recruiting processes as we scalePartner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize rolesWhat we're looking for3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or in AI/MLStrong sourcing skills and a network in the AI/engineering talent marketAbility to move fast, operate independently, and wear multiple hatsExcellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fitFamiliarity with AI/ML roles and terminologyAbility to hire for non-technical roles (e.g. operations) is nice to have.LogisticsLocation: Remote (only USA) or Mountain View, CA (Hybrid).Compensation: Competitive salary and equity based on experience.Benefits: Health coverage, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to help define a new product category in AI infrastructureWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification.
