You will work directly with our clients and internal leadership team to deliver transformational coaching experiences that integrate conscious leadership principles with proven business growth strategies. Your work will shape mindsets, align organizations, and drive real-world results.You will:Coach clients through personal and professional development using a blend of business acumen, mindset reprogramming, and leadership frameworks.Facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions tailored to client needs and business stage.Diagnose business challenges and co-create actionable strategies around leadership, revenue growth, team dynamics, and operations.Develop custom coaching materials, exercises, and playbooks that can scale across our client base.Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to entrepreneurs navigating complex business environments.Partner with the AlterCall executive team to evolve our coaching methodology and expand our impact.Support key internal initiatives, including leadership development, team alignment, and operational coaching.The OutcomesIn the first 90–180 days, success looks like:Client Transformation: Delivering breakthrough results with at least 5 core clients through ongoing coaching and strategic support.Methodology Mastery: Learning and embodying AlterCall’s coaching frameworks and integrating them seamlessly into your sessions.Revenue Impact: Driving direct business value through retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities with coached clients.Team Leverage: Supporting the CEO and executive team in group coaching environments, retreats, and internal team development efforts.Scalable Systems: Helping document and improve coaching SOPs, tools, and workflows for consistency and growth.The CompetenciesYou’re a business builder and people developer at heart.
