Responsibilities

About Us We are a US-based power washing franchise doing both residential and commercial work. We operate two trucks with a growing customer base, active commercial contracts, and aggressive plans to scale. We are owner-operated and fast-moving. This role will grow in scope and compensation as we add trucks, territories, and revenue. The Role You are the owner's operational right hand. Every manual, repeatable, and coordination task in this business flows through you so the owner can focus on sales, relationships, and growth. The role is roughly 60-70% on the phone with American customers and 30-40% backend operations. You are the first voice most customers hear and the person who keeps the entire operation moving day to day. This is not a virtual assistant position. You are running operations for a real business with real revenue on the line. What You Will Do Lead handling and sales conversion: Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads from all sources: paid ads, Google search, our website, and phone inquiries. For some leads, you will build their estimate remotely by measuring their property on Google Earth, selecting the right services and pricing, and delivering the quote through our CRM. For others, you will book an in-person estimate appointment, coordinating the calendar so nearby properties are grouped on the same day. Follow up on every outstanding estimate by phone until the customer books or declines. You own the pipeline and you are measured on conversion. Scheduling and route coordination: Build each day's job schedule with geographic routing in mind: group jobs by area, sequence them to minimize drive time, and balance crew workload. Confirm dates with customers, send reminders, and manage rescheduling requests, cancellations, and weather days. When rain cancels a day's route, proactively contact every affected customer, rebook them, and rebuild the schedule before anyone calls you. Commercial operations: Coordinate an overnight commercial cleaning crew each afternoon. Confirm which locations the technician will service that night, send the route and access details, and handle callouts or schedule changes. Process purchase orders for completed locations the following morning to start the payment clock. Financial follow-up: Send invoices after job completion and follow up on unpaid ones by text and phone. Track accounts payable obligations and notify the owner of upcoming vendor payments before they are due. Customer retention: Run seasonal campaigns to rebook past customers approaching their annual service window. When field technicians flag a particularly happy customer, personally reach out and ask for a Google review. Make post-job satisfaction calls to catch issues early. Reporting and systems: Send the owner a daily briefing each morning and compile a weekly performance report. Keep our CRM and operations platform clean and in sync. Handle whatever else comes up, because in a growing business, something always does. What We Are Looking For Near-native English with a natural, confident phone presence that American homeowners will not think twice about. You will spend most of your day on the phone. If there is any hesitation or stiffness in your spoken English, this is not the right role. This is the single most important qualification. Previous experience working directly with US-based clients or customers. We need someone who already understands American communication style, expectations, and pace. This is not a training-wheels position. 2+ years managing a CRM pipeline in a customer-facing role. You have owned a sales funnel before, not just entered data into one. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously: a sales pipeline, an estimate calendar, a dispatch board, a commercial tracker, and an invoice list without dropping threads. Geographic and logistical thinking. You will build routes, group jobs by area, and make real-time scheduling decisions based on locations and drive times. Ownership mentality. After onboarding, you run your workflow independently. You do not wait to be told to follow up, chase an invoice, or rebook a cancellation. You see what needs to happen and you do it. The owner should be trusting your judgment, not checking your work. Ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Reliable internet and a quiet, professional space for customer calls. We provide a US phone number. Hours and Compensation $1,500 to $1,800 USD/month depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses and raises as the business grows. This is a seasonal business. Peak season (April through November) some weeks push above 40 hours. Off-season (December through March) hours are lighter but pay stays the same. The right person will see this role expand into an operations manager position as we scale.
