Responsibilities

🎯 About the role We are looking for a hands-on Legal Assistant / Paralegal, not a managerial role, to directly support the internal legal team on Corporate M&A, fund formation, and compliance processes. This is an execution-focused role, with real ownership of day-to-day legal tasks. ✅ Key responsibilities - Provide direct, hands-on support on Corporate M&A transactions, including: due diligence, closings, investments, exits, and board-related matters. - Support fund formation and investor documentation. - Perform and manage OFAC, KYC, AML checks and regulatory filings. - Organize and maintain data rooms and legal documentation. - Coordinate daily with legal, finance, and investment teams in the U.S. - Continuously improve legal and compliance workflows. 🧠 Requirements (NON-negotiable) - 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal with real Corporate M&A exposure. (Due diligence, closings, transaction support — not just general corporate work.) - Background in investment funds, private equity, venture capital, or transactional corporate law firms. - Advanced English (legal documentation + daily communication). - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and execution-driven. - Tech-savvy with strong legal document management skills. 🚨 Key conditions (please read carefully) - This must be your sole full-time role. 👉 Candidates with other active jobs or significant academic commitments will not be considered. - Availability to work Utah hours (9am–6pm) with at least 80% overlap. - Full ownership of the role, strong focus, and a long-term commitment mindset. - This is not a managerial or strategic role — it is a hands-on execution role.
