Successful candidates will be responsible for (varying levels of responsibility depending on your experience):Working closely with our digital strategy teams to understand the clients’ needs;Creating solutions that have a high impact and meet the objectives of the project;Designing, writing, and/or creating for a wide variety of digital projects including websites, emails, social media, print mail, and more;Developing creative and consistent branding; andThinking creatively to push the boundaries of our ideas, concepts and execution.Must-have qualifications:A solid understanding of a specialized creative field;Strong attention to detail;Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;Passion, integrity and energy; andAbility to prioritize and self-manage deadlines and project milestones.Nice-to-have qualifications:Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy preferred but not required; andExperience reviewing and optimizing based on digital metrics is a plus.LocationWe are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
