This role will focus on high-volume hiring across a wide range of functions—including sales, technology, and marketing—while also supporting select HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working at pace, and confident partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-moving, creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levelsManage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client within the podcast/media industryPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring prioritiesSource, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through to offer stageMaintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systemsSupport light HR-related duties as needed (e.g., onboarding coordination, documentation support)Required QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter, managing full-cycle hiringDemonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions (sales, tech, marketing, etc.)Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be consideredStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple priorities effectivelyPreferred QualificationsExposure to basic HR operations or people-related administrative tasksTools & TechnologyApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platformsSlack, Zoom, Google WorkspaceScheduling and interview coordination toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
