Requirements and responsibilities

Job DescriptionMust have: 5+ years of experienceProduct Ownership, or in Technical Project Management, a similar client-facing leadership role in IT outsourcing or software consulting.• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.• Strong Agile expertise, with hands-on experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams in Scrum/Kanban environments.• Good technical understanding of software development, solution architecture, APIs and integrations, allowing for seamless collaboration with engineering teams.• Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to drive decisions, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.• Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and negotiate priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.• Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment - a good grasp of Scrum and Kanban is a must.• Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.• Creative and proactive spirit and self-starter.
